The Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina is offering a Southern-style Easter Sunday brunch buffet from its new Executive Chef Michael Domitrovich at the newly launched Gulf Coast Kitchen. The brunch will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is priced at $22.95 per adult and $11.95 per child.
The buffet menu includes:
Homemade biscuits, scones and pastries baked in-house
Fresh fruit
Scrambled eggs
Bacon, Sausage, Home fries
Mexican eggs Benedict with homemade chorizo
Codcake Benedict
Hoe cakes – freshly griddled cornmeal pancakes with honey butter
Carving station with sugar cured ham
Southern fried chicken wings
Blackened catfish and grits
Candied sweet potatoes & Collard greens
Roasted potato salad & Texas slaw
Cuban bread pudding
Fruit crisp
Assortment of homemade cookies
