Charles Irons

Charles Irons serves as the Vice President of Hospitality where he oversees the management, operations, branding, and strategy of the company's Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina as well as the Fat Turtle restaurant concepts within the Caribbean. Irons began his tenure with IGY Marinas (4) four years ago in St. Thomas, serving as the company's Director of Operations for Yacht Haven Grande. A seasoned hospitality veteran, Irons has held several management positions for leading brands within the hotel industry, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Morgan's Hotel Group, Soho House, and St. Regis, among others.
