James Harbison
James Harbison is Chief Operating Officer, Marina Operations – Americas. In this role, Mr. Harbison will be responsible for all facets of the Marina Operations in the Caribbean, USA, Central and South America. His skill set includes Leadership, Engineering, Property Management, Financial Management and Human Resources.Prior to joining IGY, he was Vice President, Healthcare Facilities Program Management, American Health Facilities Development LLC, Quorum Heath Resources. From 1978 to 2005, Mr. Harbison served in the United States Marine Corps in every increasing leadership roles throughout the world. His most recent position with the USMC was Colonel US Marine Corps; Chief Marine Advisory Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has M.A.’s in International Public Policy and International Relations and BS Electrical Engineering.
