CONTINUES SUCCESSES INTO 2008

Company Completes Winter Season Marking Accomplishments Across All Business Segments and Further Enhances Portfolio with Development and Acquisitions As the winter yachting season concluded, Island Global Yachting (IGY) celebrated its continued success as one of the world’s premier owners, developers and managers of luxury marinas and yachting lifestyle destinations. Known for establishing new standards of quality and service for the marina industry, we have shown tremendous strength across all of our properties with increased revenue and customer satisfaction. As well, we have maintained our commitment to improving our marina experiences with renovations, refurbishments and developments. During the 2007-08 winter season, our properties in the Caribbean and Mexico achieved record results with revenues up 100% over the past high season. Occupancy rates at these properties also surpassed expectations throughout the season, often exceeding 100% during peak periods. In keeping with industry trends, the average size of yachts visiting IGY’s megayacht destinations grew when compared to prior years – at Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas vessels over 150 feet increased by 50% over the past year. Significantly, IGY also saw increased crossover of yachts among its facilities, with the same yacht visiting multiple IGY facilities during the season. “As a relatively new company, this past winter season has truly been IGY’s first real high season in the Caribbean and we are extremely pleased with our performance,” said Andrew L. Farkas, chairman and founder of IGY. “Revenue has met or exceeded all expectations, our customers are consistently impressed with our high service levels, development projects remain on target, and our growth continues to accelerate.” IGY continues to expand its network through its own developments and through providing marina management services to third parties. IGY currently has more than 30 world-class marina locations under ownership, management or in development. With more than $400 million of equity and approximately $150 million of cash equity available.

IGY Recent Highlights and Updates

Rodney Bay Marina in St. Lucia continues its multi-million transformation. Upon completion in late 2008, the fully-renovated marina will feature 248 new slips, including 30 berths dedicated to megayachts. Additionally, the marina will feature a new shipyard facility and a refurbished upland marina village. This renovation and redevelopment will allow IGY to bring its signature quality standards to one of the best-established yachting destinations in the Caribbean.
