RELEASED BY WINE CELLAR GOLF & FISHING TOURNAMENT 11 FEB 2025
Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, 11th February 2025 – The Wine Cellar Golf & Fishing Tournament (WCGFT) is a fun-filled, family oriented 3-day weekend event. 100% of proceeds will be donated to 2 or 3 local charities TBD.
Starting Thursday March 6th, 2025, with the Calcutta and Captains’ Meeting (Fishing portion), the pre-party and bidding on boats begin (5:30 pm @Simone’s Bar). Then, 2 days of fishing (Friday and Saturday, March 7th and 8th) are each followed by a fresh fish auction of the day’s catch, music and entertainment down at the Blue Haven Marina (Friday, March 7th @ approx. 4:30pm; Saturday, March 8th starting at 12pm). Preferred fuel pricing is offered to participants of the fishing tournament by Blue Haven Marina. Rounding out the weekend is the Golf portion of the event, at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club, where 4 player teams vie for bragging rights and fantastic prizes as well as a silent auction.
The WCGFT is a not-for-profit charity event hosted every year with all proceeds donated to Charity. The last 13 Tournaments have raised an incredible $530,000.00 to help various youth-oriented organizations.
This year we are having FUN at Blue Haven Marina! Lots of Food! Lots of Drink! Lots of Kids’ Games and Prizes! Lots of Fun! Followed by a day on the links and the much-anticipated Raffle Draw where one lucky winner will claim a beautiful watch sponsored by Jai’s.
