ENTRY RULES IN EFFECT FROM AUGUST 1, 2021

Yachters arriving in St. Lucia will be classed into two categories: vaccinated or unvaccinated yachters.

Rules for VACCINATED yachters:

  1. ALL arriving yachters above the age of five (5) are required to submit a negative Covid-19 PCR test result. The PCR test must be taken within 5 days or less before arrival into Saint Lucia.
  2. NO QUARANTINE for yachters above the age of eighteen (18) who have taken their prescribed dose/ doses of AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson Janssen, or Sinopharm. An individual is considered fully vaccinated fourteen (14) days after receiving their final vaccine dose.
  3. Unvaccinated yachters from the age of 5 to 17, accompanying fully vaccinated adult visitors, will be required to complete a PCR test on arrival if they wish to bypass the 14-day quarantine:
    • The cost of the test will be borne by the yachters.
    • Test results will be received in 48 hours.
    • Once the test is returned negative, these minors will be afforded the same access as their fully vaccinated adult companions.

Children 4 years and under are afforded the same privileges as their vaccinated parents.

Rules for UNVACCINATED yachters:

  1. ALL arriving yachters above the age of five (5) are required to submit a negative Covid-19 PCR test result. The PCR test must be taken within 5 days or less before arrival into Saint Lucia.
  2. All UNVACCINATED yachters MUST undergo the 14-day QUARANTINE. Yachters who have taken only the first dose of a two-dose vaccine will be subjected to the 14-day quarantine.

FORMALITIES BEFORE ARRIVAL:

  • Reserve your slip with the marina at [email protected]no later than 72hrs before your arrival.
  • Contact the marina’s Port Health Office at [email protected] no later than 48hrs before your arrival with the following information:
    • Name of vessel, arrival date and eta.
    • Passport picture pages of all onboard.
    • Completed Maritime Health Declaration Form (will be provided by the Port Health Office).
    • Copies of negative Covid-19 PCR tests.
    • Proof of vaccination; vaccination card or the NHS app (if applicable).
