The waves at Red Frog are substantial. There are a few small bar and bar food facilities that also rent chairs. It’s a great day trip and there are some small accommodations there, although I am not personally knowledgeable about them.

It was so secluded, so connected with nature and so amazingly beautiful. The beaches were stunning, the accommodations were first class and there were so many options for fun things to do. We zip-lined, fished, paddle-boarded and spent tons of time on beautiful beaches that weren't crowded. Felt like I had discovered a secret vacation spot. Also saw sloths which was amazing. We'll never forget our new friends Slothy McSlotherton, and Slothy McSlothface.

This was the best place to snorkel on Bastimentos - the water was super clear and the water was quite calm. The reef went on forever! Lots of different kinds of fish and we saw a lobster!
