With the new change in Costa Rica’s charter laws, superyachts can now showcase a new type of vacation to guests in Golfo Dulce.
Golfo Dulce, Costa Rica – November 3, 2021 – Marina Bahia Golfito, an IGY destination, is happy to announce it can now offer berthing to superyachts in a unique region previously unavailable to charter guests. Effective September 2021 is the Costa Rica Legislative Assembly’s newest reform giving vessels 79’ (24m) and larger the opportunity to legally charter and remain in Costa Rica for up to 1 year and possibly, 2 years at a time.
