Jordan A.E. Franklin
General Counsel & Executive Vice President

Jordan A.E. Franklin is General Counsel & Executive Vice President of IGY Marinas, where he serves as IGY’s top legal officer and advisor. He is also Head of Human Resources.

Prior to joining IGY, Mr. Franklin was formerly with the international law firm, Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Over his professional career, he has been involved in dozens of transactions involving joint ventures, property acquisitions, real estate development, intellectual property and debt and equity offerings, and has extensive experience in resolving a large variety of complex commercial disputes. Mr. Franklin also has executive, operating and legal experience leading a multibillion-dollar real estate development firm, an early-stage technology startup and post M&A integration for a publicly traded multinational.

Mr. Franklin holds a B.S., cum laude, from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he received an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude.
