Jordan A.E. Franklin
General Counsel & Executive Vice President

Jordan A.E. Franklin is General Counsel & Executive Vice President of IGY Marinas, where he serves as the company’s chief legal officer and senior advisor on strategic and operational matters.  He is also Head of Human Resources.

Prior to joining IGY, he was with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.  His experience spans complex joint ventures, large-scale real estate acquisitions and development, debt and equity financings, intellectual property, and high-stakes commercial disputes.  He also brings executive, operating, and legal experience, leading a multibillion-dollar real estate development business, an early-stage property technology startup, and post-M&A integration for a publicly traded multinational.

Mr. Franklin holds a B.S., cum laude, from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, magna cum laude.  He has also served as a firefighter and emergency medical technician.
