Luke Brown
Vice President & Corporate Controller

Benjamin (“Luke”) Brown serves as IGY’s Vice President – Corporate Controller. His role encompasses all facets of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company’s US and Caribbean operations and oversees consolidation of the company’s foreign operations for external reporting. Luke joined IGY as an Assistant Controller in January 2011 and was promoted to Corporate Controller in January 2014.

Prior to joining IGY, Luke was an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Spartanburg, SC where he provided assurance services primarily to private companies. His roles in earlier years consisted of assurance centered roles both in public accounting and private industry with customer focuses on private companies and financial institutions.

Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Delaware and South Carolina and a member of the AICPA and SCACPA.
