Luke Brown
Chief Financial Officer

Benjamin (“Luke”) Brown serves as IGY’s Chief Financial Officer. His role encompasses leading all facets of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company. Luke joined IGY as an Assistant Controller in January 2011 and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2014 and Chief Financial Officer in 2024.

Prior to joining IGY, Luke was an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Spartanburg, SC where he provided assurance services primarily to private companies. His roles in earlier years consisted of assurance centered roles both in public accounting and private industry with customer focuses on private companies and financial institutions.

Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina and a member of the SCACPA.
